Terms of Service
Last updated 6 August 2026
These terms cover your use of FareTrack, a fare monitoring and alert service. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1What FareTrack is
FareTrack watches airfare prices on routes and dates you choose, and sends you an email when a fare falls below a target price you set.
FareTrack is not a travel agency and does not sell air travel. We do not issue tickets, take payment for flights, hold reservations, or act as your agent with any airline. Every booking you make is a contract between you and the airline (or whichever seller you choose), on their site, subject to their terms.
2What we can and cannot see
FareTrack reads fare data from a third-party airline data provider. That provider covers many airlines but not all of them, and coverage can change without notice. Some airlines distribute fares only through their own channels.
This means a cheaper fare may exist that FareTrack cannot see. We identify the airline behind every alert so you can check for yourself. We do not represent that an alerted fare is the lowest available anywhere.
3Fares change
Airfares change constantly, and availability is limited. A fare shown in an alert may be gone by the time you open the email or reach the airline's site. FareTrack does not hold, reserve, lock, or guarantee any price.
4Subscription and billing
- FareTrack costs $5.00 per month, billed monthly in advance.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- We don't provide refunds for partial months, except where required by law or where we've charged you in error — write to us and we'll fix it.
- If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
5Your account
You need a working email address to use FareTrack, because the email is the product. Keep it current — we're not responsible for alerts you don't receive because an address is wrong, full, or filtering us as spam.
You may not resell FareTrack alerts, scrape the service, or use it to place automated load on any airline or data provider.
6Availability
We aim to run FareTrack continuously, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, and failures happen. We may change or discontinue features, and if we discontinue the service entirely we'll give you notice and stop billing you.
7Limitation of liability
FareTrack is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the cost of a fare you missed, a fare that rose, a trip you didn't take, or a booking made on information in an alert.
Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
8Ending your access
You can stop using FareTrack and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where we are required to. If we end your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.
9Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use FareTrack after that means you accept the updated terms.
10Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
